I’m not sure how it got to be almost a year since I’ve blogged. Last summer was crazy with a trip to England and Scotland for school. In August, I started my final semester of seminary.

I am now a proud Alumni of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with my Masters of Divinity (MDiv) in Youth Ministry. 

I’m just so glad to be done with school. I’m nannying and focusing on my health at the moment; I’m loving every minute of it. I never meant to stop blogging but I’m looking forward to getting back into it. I am a writer, I write everyday but I’m been working on editing my book so I can get it one step closer to being published.

But I promise, I will be back soon, I’ve already got some ideas floating around in my head but for now I’ll leave you with this list of things I’m currently doing:

Listening to podcasts: Two of my favorites are Annie F. Down’s That Sounds Fun and The Popcast 

Watching the superhero shows on the CW: Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow

Enjoying not having school. Y’all. It’s so wonderful. 

Buying May Designs Notebooks. I’m in love with them.

Loving my church family. I’m so thankful for Bay Leaf and the relationships the Lord has provided their.

Marveling at how God is working in my life right now. I participated in Lent for the first time and it really impacted my walk, in a good way. I thoroughly enjoyed going through Lent with She Reads Truth.

Celebrating baby brother’s high school graduation in about a month. I can’t believe it’s really time for John to graduate to high school and we’re not talking about the fact that he’s going to Alabama in the fall.
